Any celebration of Omar Lopez has to cover a lot of ground. Given his extensive and impressive involvement in our community, Omar has made a huge impact and has wide network of friends and fans. And they all know what sparks his joy: community, arts, culture, Star Wars, reality tv series and Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. Día de Omar will immerse the community in all-things-Omar … and then we get to ROAST HIM!
Tea will be spilled. Shade will be thrown. Everyone’s gonna get read because the library is open! Featuring roasts from Casey Lain & Heidi Hovda, Omar’s buddies Marcos Flores & Gerald Flores, homegirl Jessica Davila making a special trip from SA, and LCC royalty Scott Elliff, be prepared for more drama than a RHOBH episode.
But the party doesn’t end there! Join us for the official after party – Noché de Omar at House of Rock! It’s an Omar Appreciation Society and we’re inviting Omar’s friends and fans to sign up Open Mic style to shout out their love for Omar from the House of Rock stage. Dance music, shenanigans and Omar love! It’s going to be a hot night!
